RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Since all the orders are unique, so all payments are final nonrefundable. If we acknowledge that we made a mistake, we will re-print/reproduce the order. No Refunds or Store Credits will be entertained under any circumstances. Defects or faults of any kind examined/acknowledged by the relevant authority/department assigned by The Custom Packages. The customers need to send the defective product’s digital photos to the company using their own expenditure within 10 business days in order to receive the reprint of your product. Accelerated orders have charges which are non-refundable.
Payment Order Placement, Cancellations:
The prices of products are given in USD (U.S Dollars). Hence, the payment will be accepted in the same currency. The company starts working on your requested order once they have received the total amount due against the services, which includes taxes, shipping charges etc. via one of the authenticated payment source/platforms. The order placement also includes sending the company final form of the product or services via electronic file or hard copy of the ordered product or services they need the company to do for them. However, you can cancel the order within the limited duration of 4 hours after proof approval. This cancellation will cost you 30$ and 7% of the total payment of your order. The customers also have the option to cancel their order after a 24-hour limit however this will cost them a 50% of the total payment of their order to cover up the time and Resources the Company wasted in making your product.
Design Orders:
TheCustomPackages.com does not issue refunds or credits for any design services order. All design orders once placed are final and non-refundable.
No Liability for Errors:
The Custom Packages com is not to be held responsible if there are errors in the final printed product with regards to: Spelling, Grammar, Font, Erroneous fonts, die lines, cropping marks, cracks in folds, Overprinting errors, The difference in finished product size.
Proofs and Color Accuracy:
The order placement also includes sending the company final form of the product or services via electronic file or hard copy of the ordered product or services they need the company to do for them. The printing tasks are sent to the press department once you sent us the agreement. As a customer, it is your duty to update and examine the proof. The company should not be kept waiting for contradicted proofs causing delays. You should remember that the turnaround time which is disclosed on our website is effective after the proof of agreement.
Please review your proof thoroughly prior to approval. You should check it against the original file for possible errors in layout, copy, spacing, punctuation or image placement and proportion, bleeds, crops and final text. Electronic proofs do not show transparency, over print issues or color change from RGB or Pantone to CMYK. Please note, application of UV coating or lamination may
Affect or change the appearance of the printed colors. We are not liable for the final color appearance of a laminated product(s)
They need a discount, they should send us back the printed work, a chargeback will be given in the wake of deducting the item’s arrangement and transportation cost by the Company.

All items you request from the custom bundles are exceptional, stand-out and redid for you. Thus, these things can’t be utilized by different buyers. Our arrangement is that all deals are conclusive.
